Thank you for shopping at Plumbers Choice, LLC. We want to ensure a seamless shopping experience for you, and that includes clear and transparent shipping policies.

Order Confirmation & Processing Time:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, orders will typically be processed within 1 to 2  business days after they are placed. Processing times might vary depending on the specific product and which warehouse it ships from.

Tracking Information:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@plumbers-choice.com

Shipping Methods:

We offer various shipping methods to cater to different delivery needs. These options will be available at checkout.
Shipping carriers may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc., or any other carriers as deemed appropriate by the different warehouses where the products ship from, in case of free shipping.

Free shipping is available only to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii will be charged freight calculated at time of shipment

Shipping Costs:

We offer Free Shipping on some of our products, and it will be clearly indicated during the checkout process. And for the rest of the products shipping costs are calculated on real time based on the chosen shipping method 

Warehouse-Specific Shipping:

We ship from various warehouses in different States, each with their own shipping policies.
Some warehouses may offer free shipping, absorbing the shipping costs into the product price.
Other warehouses may not cover shipping costs, and in such cases, shipping fees will be applied to the order. These fees will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

Multiple Items:

If your order contains products from multiple vendors, you might receive separate packages as items will be shipped directly from the respective warehouses.
This approach helps to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy:

It is crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping addresses. We cannot be held responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially if the order is already in the processing or shipping phase.
